This London Dry Gin was born from the desire to see the return of gin production in the city where it earned its name, our gin combines traditional copper distillation with a recipe that would not seem unknown to an 18th century Master Distiller. Juniper berries are the fundamental ingredient that makes the taste of this London Dry Gin special, they are macerated in a warm spirit during the night to burst the skins and release the essences.
